Prerequisites: Successful journeying skills and strong connection with your Helping Spirits. Having attended a Beginning Journeying skills workshop such as 2-Day Shamanic Fundamentals Workshop or Earth Medicine, Star Medicine and the Spirit of the 4 Elements, or private training with me.
